Jill P. Foley, CPA, managing partner at Four Leaf Financial and Accounting, PLLC has been elected to the Arizona Family Health Partnership board of directors and its executive committee.

Foley will serve as secretary treasurer on the executive committee that includes Rob McCright, president, Assistant Attorney General, Office of the Arizona Attorney General; Erica Freese, vice president, Program Coordinator, University of Arizona Sexual Assault Nurse Examiners (SANE) Program; and Audra Koester Thomas, immediate past president, Transit Planning Project Manager, Maricopa Association of Governments.

Also serving on the board are Page Englert, Institutional Giving Manager, Arizona Humane Society; Maureen Howell, Vice President of Operations, Greater Phoenix Economic Council; Dr. Candace Lew, OB-GYN, consultant; Sarah Lipton-Lubet, Executive Director, Take Back the Court; Jonathan Pinkney, Deputy County Attorney, Pima County Attorney’s Office; and Lisa Sampsell, Supervisor, Mercy Care.

Foley founded Four Leaf Financial & Accounting in 2017 to provide accounting services for nonprofit organizations and community-focused businesses.  Previously, she had been a senior accountant and staff accountant at Fester & Chapman, P.C. after serving as Ahwatukee Commons Veterinary Hospital practice manager and as hospital manager for the Portage Park Animal Hospital in Chicago.

Currently, she is a member of the Valley Young Professionals board of directors. She had previously served as a member of Suns Charities 88 and as a board member and treasurer for Feeding Matters.

Foley holds a Master of Accounting and Financial Management, CPA emphasis from Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science from Benedictine University in Illinois.

She lives in north Phoenix.
