We are excited to announce that we are currently seeking to fill an open program manager position. This is a new grant funded position via the Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS). Responsibilities of this position include program development and evaluation of the Adolescent Champion Teams (ACTs) (teams of dedicated practitioners and staff in medical practices that serve adolescents) in Arizona with guidance from the University of Michigan via the Adolescent Health Initiative. Additionally there will be close coordination with the clinical lead from Phoenix Children’s Hospital; program and fiscal monitoring of ACTs; technical assistance to ACTs and the provider network; planning of two summits in Arizona; community collaboration; and preparation of monthly fiscal and programmatic grant reports. Up to 50% travel required mostly in Arizona with one trip yearly to Michigan. This position will also work with the Title X program team and help with special projects as assigned. Specific responsibilities within the general scope of the position will be assigned by the CEO and the position reports to the CEO. Full benefits package available.
